You are a part of Vinnytsa history by staying at the Hotel Ukraina. This large, sky-blue hotel is the place where Mykhailo Grushevsky, first Ukrainian president, signed the first Ukrainian declaration of independence in 1917. For a brief period of history, Vinnytsa was the seat of government in the country. The fact that Russian forces laid claim to Ukraine shortly thereafter does not diminish the local pride in this historic hotel. The central location on Boulevard Soborna only adds to the appeal, and the Saffron cafe and small casino are located on the first floor. Some rooms have been renovated. Inquire to determine en-suite options.
